Been wearing one of these in all weathers the past month or so and can confirm that they're waterproof and windproof. Slightly breathable but I wouldn't like to run a marathon in one. There's zip up and smock versions.
Would be perfect for sticking in a pocket or fishing waistcoat during the delightful Scottish summer.
