I was raking through some old fishing bags tonight having a clear out of what's left if my late uncles old fishing gear that was left to me and found these, first time I've seen them in the flesh, both of them seen better days.

Surprisingly they go for a fair wee bit on E Bay even in that condition Why I have no idea they were cheap as chips to buy when I was a boy & like many at that time were their first proper fly box. Made by Richard Wheatley no less the eyed clips on the left one are missing & has been "converted to a dry fly box
