Remember: Fly choice, layout & colour are important to get best effect. Ones you have mentioned so far are fine.

I'm going to try and keep them all similar patterns in the same rows like the ones mention are the same patterns just different variations and colours then I'll keep all the mallards and dabblers together then all the teals and all the wings. If that makes any sense?

It's your frame,a one off so intirely your choice.Just looks better if same/similar colours are not all bunched together.
Lay them out before you secure them,bit like a chess board & arrange them accordingly.
Really just to please the eye.
