That is a stunning looking fly. You are truly a 'purveyor of fish porn' . It smacks of being a loch salmon contender? Maybe it's just the deadly combination of black / silver / orange and yellow? You are giving me the notion to get the fur and feather box out !

Cheers raider, just don't tell the wife I'm into porn ;) I did think it had the look of a salmon fly when I finished it, I don't have the luxury of fishing for loch salmon but nice style of fly to tie

Yeah that's the stuff, it's a Frankie mcphail pattern and his seals fur, it's black with really dark blue through it looks similar to the stuff you used, shows up well under light.

Thanks mate, only been on this forum a short time but the comments and feedback I've had about my flies has been very encouraging and more than a bit flattering, thanks very much. Nice to be involved
