Title: Bibio variant
Post by: Ardbeg on August 09, 2004, 01:20:59 AM
I saw this variant in one of the fishing magazines a few months back, last season I think.  Typical bibio with a white hackle at the head.  I only tied up one as I've just got back into the tying part (kids take up soooo much time) and it caught me heaps of trout before it was chewed apart.

Sounds a bit like Allan Liddle?s  bibio  emerger, it is indeed a  great catcher of troots.
