Let her pick a hook and materials and then let her tye a fly as she sees it. Take it with you the next time you go and when you catch a fish on it go back and tell her all about it. Then get a small fly rod and teach her how to cast and then take her with you. Now, because you are babysitting, you can go fishing all the time

I forgot to add. Make sure she structures it properly. Tail, rib, body, hackle. It doesn't matter what she uses as long it is the proper material for each part. I hope that makes sense
