Just sat thinking about My favorite flies, the top four have Glo-brite tags.
Green Tailed Kate
Black Spider with No 4 tag
Yellow Deer hair sedge with No 9 tag
Crippled Midge white breathers and tail
Maybe they'd catch just as well without the Glo-Brite,I personally think it makes a diffrence.
What's Your opinions and favorites?
Cheers Kev.

Perhaps.

But then you wouldn't have as much confidence in the fly and consequently wouldn't fish it with confidence either. A sort of self-fulfilling prophecy if you like.

Personally I don't think it makes a difference, though on some level I must think it does because I will habitually tie and select flies with fluorescent tags, tails or hotspots.
