Easy enough. You choose the fly you want to tie. You then tie one for each member of the swap except yourself. So if there are 15 members, tie 14 (you can tie 15 if you want but this just means you will get one of your own flies back). Then send them off to Steve, by  recorded delivery. Steve gets all the flies and sends each member one of each fly (except your own).

sounds simple enough. i think il tie a bibo with a red tag as it has been the top fly for me this season.
