Can anyone identify this fly , I think it originates from Orkney .

Hook . 12/14  ( I prefer a grub style hook)
Tail . Pheasant tippets .
Body . Red holographic tinsel .
Rib . Gold wire .
Body hackle . Claret cock palmered .
Front hackle . Blue Guinea fowl .

It's a claret bumble tied on a curved hook Davy,the only differance being the original is tied with seal's fur.
