I know of the ear plug usage but where do people get the foam for the heads if not using ear plugs obviously! Cheers.

HareLine has kits for the hard bodies, ask the Google and there are lots of SBS on making your own with all sorts of foam and even flip flops.  You Tube has video as well.

Perfect Darwin thanks! I didfind a few things but I wasn't sure if they just sold big bags of random ones or whether you justt bought long cylinders and cut them!

I went to Aldi earlier and there selling "yoga blocks" for a fiver, should get about 600 from them when I cut them down lol!

Jamie, I've experimented a bit with punching out smaller bodies (than ear plugs) from foam. I looked at cork borers, but they all seemed very expensive. so I ended up with a set of "gasket punches". they look the business, but in reality they chew and crush the foam too much, so don't waste your money! you're welcome to mine if you want to punch out some gaskets!

I guess that explains why the proper cork borers (from a medical/biological supplies shop)are so expensive...... :roll: :lol:

Sha;; do Dave! I'll delete that gasket punch from my ebay watch list then! I've found an old shower rail, the aluminium pipe sharpened up on the end may do the job nicely!
