This is the head cement Oli Edwards uses. I bought some from Lakeland last week. Not bad price wise and you get a huge bottle of it.

It is non toxic, the solvent is alcohol, it's thin and sucks in readily. Very good  for small flies esp. parachutes.

Yeah it is good stuff. I had a bottle sent to me some years back from he States to try out. It is as Fred says. Unfotunatly it is now finished & my wife bought me Cellire No1 so I will have to use that up before I purchase again but it would be Fly Tite. Cellire is fine but it thickens fairly quickly as time goes on. Oh you can thin it with cellulose thinners but it is cheap enough just to discard when it is bye it's shelf life.
