I am looking for new scissors and surprised at the price of some of them.  Got me thinking, has anyone used the likes of dental or medical scissors?

I Use hairdressers thinning scissors to trim pike flies . They ain't cheap !

Dental, medical and veterinary scissors can be very expensive!

Boots used to do very cheap scissors with a really good point on them.

Worth having a look. I think they were £1 each.

These come highly recommended on the Salmon Fishing Forum and I have used a pair for over a year now with no problems.

I've got fancy scissors and rubbish scissors, one of the best pair's I have are moustache scissors I bought for a pound! Which is ironic as I'm 30 and can't grow facial hair.
