Does it electrocute the fish when caught

Years ago, on a carp (I think) lake in England I watched an angler place the bait and weight on a little platform at the rear of a radio controlled model boat. He manoeuvred the boat way out to his desired spot and then tugged on the line pulling the bait off the platform into the water. The boat was then brought back to shore.  :roll:

A lot of the pike anglers that cannot cast, or cannot carry their beer tents any distance use RC bait boats around here.
Over £100 each, you can do the same job with a customised kids' toy for £20.

Pish and tosh.
I've got dozens of lures and hundreds of flees that do that.
It wiggles.
It is cool.
It is the future.
Yet again, I am ahead of the curve.
