A Green Peter variant.

Hook - B175 size 10/12

Thread - Black 6/0

Butt    - Red  Seals Fur (I use Frankie Mc Phillips trad Irish dubbing)

Rib  - Silver wire

Body - Green Olive  (as above)

Palmered hackle - Red Game (cock)

Wing   - Hen Pheasant secondary

Legs   - Pheasant tail knotted  3 legs each side

Cheeks -   Jungle cock

Head Hackle -  Red Game or Hen pheasant  


A variation with golden Olive palmered hackles and Golden Olive head hackle is also very good.
