Any clues

Hello
I tied this fly and fished it at Rutland quite successfully.
I cannot remember where I got the details for it or what it
is called though some kind of pennel seems to stick in my mind.
Can anyone help

Thank you both for info.   I couldn't find any details of the
red arrow in my books or online (except the flying team!!)
My wee mate John knew the tying but could not find any
details in his books either.   Pauls tying details are 
spot on but this fly has an olive or a yellow hackle
behind the black!  I thought I had kept the fly as I had photographed
it after fishing Ruthven but it is nowhere to be found.
I know I have come across the fly I tied when reading about something
else but the older I get the worse my memory seems to be.  When
I come across it again I will let you know.   Again thank you for info
