I have one Keough neck - a natural black cock. It is softer than Whiting necks, and the feathers less densely barbed. It doesn't tie as small as a Whiting neck:  I like it though.

I have a few Keough capes they are "tyers grade" which is not top notch but they are very useful for general  tying. As D says they are not so good for very small flies. Well worth buying though in my opinion.
