Scrap heap challenge?

I thought about a wee fun competition no prizes just the  title of  "King of the scrap heap ",  to create a fly or from materials not specifically  meant for fly tying apart from the hook and thread. Anyone up for it .How can the  judging be done , can it be done like the photo gallery.

Given the early season nature of the challenge, I suspect I'll have to source some materials for weighting the fly :?  I walked past a dead blackbird today so maybe I should go collect it :roll:
