EW - you won't go wrong with the Regent as they are a good piece of kit and great value for the money. My only slight criticism is that they aren't so brilliant with larger hooks - if you'll be tying a lot of pike or salt water flees (could just be mine though?). For your average sizes 18 - 8 however they're great. 

Your screw-tightening veniard vice brings back memories - it was also my first vice 30 odd years ago bought in a little boxed veniards starter kit with saved up pocket money from the local ironmonger/tackle shop.

Looks like they are a re-badging company. They look as if they buy unmarked items from various companies and add their branding to them. There are a few items on their website that look familiar  :)
