How many times have you bought gold beads only to find they have a slight bur on them? Maybe with the potenial to shear a tippet ! Ive just bought a packet many of them are burred,  is there a fast pain free  method of removing these  burs, or are they only fit for the bin?

Never noticed that Col. Then again I buy tungsten rather than goldheads.

Could you not just jam a nail or something up its arse for something to grip and file the front end?

Try just using a drill bit twisted in your fingers. A glass bit has a much wider angle and should solve the problem.
