Argh! It says the video has been removed....

I'm also shocked at the amount of spelling mistakes in my last post  :gay4

That's a fine explanation of the basic cast. One of the best teaching videos I've seen.

Certainly was! Thanks for posting WP!

That vid has made me realise I've been trying to do completely the wrong thing with roll casting and it makes considerably more sense to me now!

I'm catching up with posts I missed while I was offline for a while.

Thanks WP for the roll cast link. Carl's new DVD is shaping up to be a good buy for people who are interested in improving their casting.

Today I received a sack of DVDs from Carl for review, all the way from NZ. Web masters get stuff like thus sent all the time. Not all web masters of course, just  those with proper, prestigious  sites like this and Fish Wild.

This was one of them. I watched it earlier this evening.

The trailer was very good, but not instructional, the full DVD is both very good, well presented  and very instructional.

I'll watch it a few more times then do the review for Fish Wild.  :8)

I see from the ned-wall log that this old thread is attracting new interest (from very familiar IP addresses    :8))

If anyone is going to buy these DVD's please consider going directly to Carl in NZ. His service is very  fast and that way HE gets the benefit of his hard work, not some middle-man taking a slice of his profit.

The DVD costs $39.95 NZ   about  £20 UK) and can be ordered online directly from On The Fly Productions.

http://www.onthefly.co.nz The delivery service  is fast and efficient.

Admin,
It seems that these DVDs are to be paid in US dollars [ unless I'm missing something to suggest otherwise]. Do you know if that is right and/or how I [or anyone ] might pay in Sterling ?
