I`m now getting a message stating that my virtual memory`s too low, what does that mean?

It could mean your hard drive is getting full. The hard drive is used for virtual memory when a program needs more than you have installed. It could also be that is isn't being cleared when you shut down the program or the computer.

A few things to read and try here.
