There has been some talk of this recently.

It might be worth watching this Orvis guide to nymphing if you don't know the basics yet fancy a go at it.

On low clear waters I have been using trout nymphs, not caught a Salmon on one yet, but have had Sea Trout doing it.

Ultimaely, this just means weighted flies will be banned for trout and grayling fishers.
