Do any of you guys use the washing line technique?

I'm more of a whirly and tumble dryer man myself.  :D

Tried it years ago on Grafham/Rutland with no great success (but others swore by it). These days I just fish a single dry.

I also find synthetic materials dry much quicker than natural fibres.

I too used it with some success at Rutland, but I'm more of a drip dry man these days.
