Here you can watch attacks live, as well as a lot of other stuff;

Interesting that the source of attacks bears no relationship to PC ownership per head of population.
'til a voice as bad as conscience,
rang interminable changes,
on an everlasting whisper,
day and night repeated so-
"Something hidden, go and find it,
Go and look beyond the ranges,
Something lost beyond the ranges,
Lost and waiting for you,
Go."

It does actually, but it is largely inversely proportional. Poorer countries tend to have more hackers per capita and/or   Less PC's in total but a much higher proportion of hackers and other cybercriminals. It is also related to general criminal statistics a lot of this stuff is organised crime. This set up only shows active hackers as such, who are attacking honeypots,it does not show all those sending viruses and other malware although most of this originates in the same places.
