Have been inspired by the  Ollie Edwards video and tied  up a few of these last night. Beauty is they are SO easy to tie, and with the soft hackles tied in tip first, they don’t break when winding them on.

Tied 14’s of

Waterhen Bloa
Snipe + Purple
Partridge + Orange

Anyone recommend other patters / sizes?

Thanks Davy. That is a great resource

Bloody hell, if it caught a Rescobie broonie it MUST have magical properties. They are not  the easiest fish to catch, not back then anyway.
