custom made rod bags

i recently bought a 2pce and a 3pce rod w/o bags

i ordered 2 hand-made bags to my measurements by a lady ''down south''....called Ellen
bags to any dimensions/sections/colours ...and a very reasonable price posted

the quality is superb.....
details like reinforcing tape stitched over both upper and lower openings to the sections
and with tie-tapes and a loop for hanging vertically
.


one point i would make.....
this reinforcing tape stitching actually takes up a wee bit of the section width
i specified a top section width of 3cm [ which it is] but the opening is 2.6cm
not a problem for my rod - but you may wish to make allowances

i can only say for my 2
a 2pce 8' rod [pictured]
and a 3pce 10'6 rod in black
were £10 posted to Glasgow - total.!...
delivery quoted as 4 weeks but actually came in 3 [even over Christmas]

I would second that. I bought 4 rod bags off her earlier this year. Fantastic quality.
