Too true.  You have to have the correct mindset. When you get older it becomes less easy, you simply do not have the energy levels you had when younger.

That's only part of it though, equally important is the mental discipline. It's all too easy to fall prey to the deadly armchair!   

With me it is the deadly laptop. If it wasn't for taking my granddaughter to school and going for a walk afterwards I wouldn't move (or so Marion keeps telling me)
