I carry most of my stuff in a Bag, I have two a Brady for river & a Wychwood for lochs. I tend to
transfer a few items to a 10l day sac if I have a bit of a wander. I hate waistcoats, far too lumpy & I feel like an extra in Full Metal Jacket. The new packs look the part but I have not got round to trying any of Them out.Andrew Moray has a nice one but then again he has lots of nice things 8)
Brady:
Bryson reel with Air Cel floater aftm4
Pridex reel with an intermediate line Gonnae remove that one, never use it now
Three small fly boxes spiders nymphs wets  dries
Selection of Airflo braids & a 4wt furled leader
Three spools of Drennan Sub Surface 5,4.3lb
Wheatley cast carrier with pre made dry & wet fly casts
Couple of Fog & Selecta leaders
         Small Priest
Small First Aid kit & hook remover.
Leeda Dry fly spray & Loons Aquel
         Frogs Fanny desiccant
         Tub of Permasink
         Amadou Patch
         Leatherman Micra
         Small de-barb pliers

Very nice piece of kit, got it just in time for a weeks fishing in the Czech Republic.
One or two mods I'd make to it, other than that, very happy with it.

This question came up several years ago on the ff@ forum. Top slot went to the bog roll, can't disagree with that.

I'm amazed at the amount of stuff some of you boys cart to the water. Actually, do you use a small cart?

Nobody takes more gear to the water than Dougie, my brother in law. He mostly fishes for exotics from the boat. When he goes wild fishing he takes his usual boat bag up the hills. I can hardly lift it.

He usually arrives at the loch just as the rest of us are coming off.
