I don't suppose many of you will remember this book but it has been my wifes mainstay cookery book for thirty odd years. It disappeared off the shelves a long while ago and used books are going for funny money. Well it's back, a new release for it's centenary year is coming out on the 15th September. It has been updated but most of the old fashioned recipes are still there, my wife just made a banana loaf from her old book and it is delicious.
