I realised the other I have not tied a fly for almost 2 years. Rather than dump or sell my vast fly tying kit (you never know I may need it again one day although I doubt it) I have packed it all into boxes with moth balls and stored in in the loft. It just takes up too much cabinet space.
Too much stuff - very much a first world problem.
I think I got them on ebay ages ago
I just checked on ebay - can't see any. They may have been banned by the EU.
Amazon?

In contrast, I sold my kit a few years ago and now I am having to rebuild.
Why do you think you won't need it Fred? You got a massive collection or are you losing the notion to fish ?

I've only fished about 1/2 dozen times since I got back from NZ in March 2018 Jim and even that was half-hearted. My interest and enthusiasm started to wane during the Scottish Executive's insane wild fisheries review and never really quite recovered. I'm doing other stuff that interests me more these days. You never know though I might return one day. :D
