Dear all
The Trust will be holding a scale sampling workshop at 7pm on the evening of Wed the 25th of April at the River Don Office in Cluny. All those interested in attending please contact Jamie on the email below.
The workshop will take the participant though, collecting scales in a safe manner, preparing and reading scales through to interpreting the information for management actions.
There will be other session dates depending upon interest but please get in touch to let me know. By all means feel free to come along even if it is just to learn about the process, its not a requirement that you have to sample scales following attendance.
Just a quick reminder to all those currently collecting scale samples from fish to keep doing so and to contact me on biologist@riverdon.org.uk for advice and materials if required.
