I see it is being released today as a free upgrade for Win 10 users. Anyone going for it?
I keep getting a popup to upgrade but it refuses to finish on my laptop and rolls back. That has been going on for about six months or more now :)
My pc isn't compatible, there is a site you can go on to check your pc, as mine is now getting on a bit I might just buy a new one next year in the sales.
I am on some Beta testing programme and my desktop updated to Win 11 a while ago. Not had any problems - and to be honest not noticed any great benefits!
I have to admit leaving it for another 12 months or so until some of the inevitable bugs are ironed out does seem attractive. :D
Just tried to install Win 11 on my "big " computer that is just over 2 years old - and was not cheap!
Not compatible as it does not support "TPM 2.0".
You know I'm so glad I'm retired and away from all that tech stuff. :lol:
