I'm doing a lot of CNC work in the 'shop at the moment, producing industrial quantities of fine, oak sawdust.
Idea for cold/ hot smoking fish, cheese meats and the like.
Donate a few quid to the forum send me your address, and I'll mail you a nice big bag of the stuff.
