The ssl certificate on the site you are using is not valid. You should not carry out any transactions or enter any passwords as long as you have that indicator.

Make sure your computer date is set correctly.

An  ssl certificate is issued by various bodies and tells the customer that the site is genuine. If the certificate is out of date or invalid you get a warning. In chrome it shows the crossed out indicator in red.

Unfortunately, streaming and multi-media stuff generally can be very tricky indeed for a non-technical user, there are just so many possibilities involved. Glad to hear you got things working.  Often it is more or less impossible to explain or diagnose things from a post. For a lot of people I use this;

and set the machines up directly as I can then see what the problems are myself and correct them. This is much faster and easier than trying to explain things.

I should have high lighted this, could have wasted time looking for a more complex problem and I have no time to waste :D
Thanks again!

It's a fairly common reason for many problems. People just forget it, or don't think it is important.

Here is some more info on Secure Socket Layers which might be of help to you. The warning or indeed even failure indicators differ between various browsers and other transfer systems, the possible effects also differ. It is basically a security handshaking protocol which has now been largely superseded but is still in common use.
