Bullfinch . ( Pyrrhula pyrrhula 6") Protected songbird. Quite rare now.Only used on a couple of old patterns for winging.Usually as a bunch wing. One being the famous Yorkshire pattern "Fog Black" One may substitute the "bloa" section from the iridescent blue shoulder feather of the jay.
