As well as a couple of kingfishers, I came across this wee guy yesterday on my local loch. I'm thinking Twite. Sorry about the poor quality picture from my compact, it was quite far from me.

Possibly but my money is on female reed bunting. Any others?

Had to look up my Observers Book Of Birds and it is indeed a Twite, well spotted.
