I was in sports direct at lunchtime  (it provides a handy shortcut oot the shopping centre and into my office!). They have a pretty decent sale on with a lot of summer / camping type stuff. There were also some decent looking walking poles. Most of the stuff was 70% off.

 I hate the Braehead shop, You could not swing a cat in it.
Having said that the do Karrimor KSB boots & shoes cheap as chips. I think they must have bought JJB Sports stock. Worth a look never the less.

The sit mat is a handy wee tool to protect against wet bums when sitting on damp ground.
Trespass do them as well, similar prices.
