Thanks For The Flies Paul!

I mentioned to Paul (bibio1) that I was doing some salmon fishing this year. He said he'd send me some flies. I got back from the west coast yesterday to find a box full waiting for me.

I notice some of those salmon flies are on Partridge Salar hooks... just chuck them out, they have to be the worst hooks ever made.

If you're chucking out any salars, I'll have 'em. Great hooks
I understand the inward curve of the points got a bit out of hand on some batches, salmon-land does seem to be divided over them.
But they were a massively successful product, and I certainly have never had a problem with them.
