Andy Murray Casting Clinic ? once again the Club is fortunate to have Andy Murray (professional casting instructor and fishing guide on the River Tweed) coming to give demonstrations and offer tuition including tips on choice of flies etc. Andy will have a selection of Loomis rods and reels for people to try out and light refreshments will be available. All are welcome (including non-members). The event is FREE and will take place at Dornoch on Sun 12 Sep (10.00 a.m. ? 4.00 p.m.)
The day starts with a demo from casting guru Andy Murray (No, not the tennis player) who works as a gillie on the Tweed and represents G.Loomis. He brings loads of Loomis gear to play with and tries to get round everyone and give them a bit one to one casting tuition. Its well worth a visit, PM me if you want any more details.
