Interesting right enough. For what it's worth Duncraig Castle Collage, shut for around 25 years now, was one of thee premier girls catering collages in the highlands. Girls from allover the north passed through this onetime fine establishment coming out the other side as great cooks. At one time these girls were much prized as wives :lol:
