Title: Mental Midgies Forcast
Post by: Wildfisher on June 19, 2023, 01:31:04 PM
Just had BBC Radio Woke-land on in the car and heard this.

Apparently each year we get two generations of midge. The second one is always the worst. Weather patterns this year suggest generation 2 will be the worst ever. Keep the DEET and the net handy. :o

Cold Spring and Dry May/June should knacker them, not have the biggest hatch ever..... sounds like more dodgy forecasting!
