Unless they are BBC employees who are on 100%  of salary and sitting at home on comfy chairs that the BBC gave them £250 each to buy in case they got sore backs watching non-binary, gender neutral climate change programmes and top tips on preparing tofu and  organic kale salads.  Nice to see the licence money being spent so thoughtfully.
