Can somebody please tell me how to insert a photo into a post?

You've got tae re-size them, they can't be more than 300kb. A put a post on the members board aboot the same thing the other wk there :D

max image size is 300K

Photo Bucket is as good as any.
Before you post use Freds wwfresizer for opimum inserts to forum.
