This is how we Arbroath guys do bank clearance. A Massively productive morning with just 6 of us club members there. On this one stretch alone we opened up 5 pools that were once great spots but have been unfishable for years.
Same again next Sunday. 8)

Spot of firewood as well! Good work.
That's the Beavers dinner gone then........................................... 8)
We made a huge difference Richard. That's the cottage pool at Boysack in the photos. From there up to the bridge has been transformed. Next Sunday we'll do above the bridge.
I would offer to join in, but I was in Ninewells last week, suffering from eye problems and not driving at the moment.
That's OK Richard, no one would expect any member who is not 100% fit to be there.
Trees aren't a problem on my beat......... 8) the farmer ripped them all out a few years back.
good work there. hope you reap the rewards throughout the season
What we need now is a decent spate to flush away all the small debris.
According to this we need to be planting more trees Fred

Can't let them beavy-weavers starve, them pelts don't grow on trees you know, well ultimately they do, but you know what I mean.
I did mention this to Arwen, Malky and Corrie but they would not listen. :)
