'til a voice as bad as conscience,
rang interminable changes,
on an everlasting whisper,
day and night repeated so-
"Something hidden, go and find it,
Go and look beyond the ranges,
Something lost beyond the ranges,
Lost and waiting for you,
Go."

As some of the comments below say, engineering on it is flawed, nice idea, but I doubt it can work

Just saw one in the glen today. It was working fine.

This use on bikes is not new but it is more refined here. BMW had shaft drive motor bikes a long time back but  I don't know if they still do. Not sure how you fix a puncture on a motor bike like that.

Many years ago(30+) I was involved in a conference at the Erskine Bridge Hotel for folks from all over Europe affected by Muscular Dystrophy.
Many were wheelchair users. One got a puncture in a tyre, We were at a loss how to fix this until a Frenchman came forward and solved the situation in minutes without removing the tyre from the rim, nor the wheel from the bike. He had worked on the Tour de France.

A wheelchair wheel is not held within a motor bike frame, or bike frame, where the whole wheel must come out the frame and then the chain removed. Wheelchair wheels are on the outside so you can just whip of the tyre and tube and fix the inner tube. Much easier when you get the edge tyre rim loosened and pull the tube round.  :D
