Well was hoping for first trip out this weekend and what started out as a slight shiver ended up wae 4 days flat on me back,never had flu before not like this knocked 7 shades of shit out of me and fuckin floored me hopefully over the worst but yet again fucked for first plan this season but hey shit happens :x

Don't rush back into things too quickly guys, I was floored with flu about 15 years ago,went back to work too early, floored again, went back to work again, ditto, took two months to get over it, docs advise was stay off until you feel fit.
We're both self-employed :( However its been explained to me that I've only got man flu ! So will be fine tomorrow apparently. Sb
