Title: If you happen to fish the City Waters in Perth...
Post by: Otter Spotter on February 27, 2013, 12:41:44 PM
Local council meeting to discuss changes to the beat

I always come out in a cold sweat when I read or hear the words 'PKC meeting to discuss changes', undoubtedly one of the least organised or decisive councils going

I fished it a few times, the access is poor, I had hoped to fish for the Roach and Perch near the old harbour, but 'elf and safety wouldn't let me on. It used to be popular in the 1970's with visiting English coarse fisherman when the grain boats used to use the harbour.

While I feel your pain ........ these seemed to have been pretty decisive about littering the streets of Kinross with abandoned PKC building which are being left to rot (old Library, Social Work Office, High School, County Building et al) .......... mmmm perhaps your right  :x

Anyway back on message, the officer report is here:
