Title: Binned Sky
Post by: JIMCCS on January 24, 2014, 08:57:16 PM
A couple of weeks ago I got rid of Sky tv, broadband etc. Now I`m with BT and only have a few tv channels left. I`ve heard there`s a box that I can plug into my skybox that`ll give me more channels....any ideas where I could get such a thing?

Do you mean the on demand box , I've just received one from sky it gives yo tons of old series you might not have seen , only thing is I think you still need to be with sky to be able to use it

You could keep it simple and just get a freeview box , i paid about £25 got 40 extra channels that are OK about 40 more that are of no use :)

You should still get some of the freeview channels through your Sky box without a card. For £25 you can get a card from sky that gives you a few more.

Called Freesat. I got one ten or so years ago and it still works. If you have the equipment you only need the card.
