Title: Could we bring back mammoths to fight climate change?
Post by: Wildfisher on April 09, 2021, 12:44:18 PM
Yep, just when you thought the BBC could not  get more woke and waste even more of your money ...........................

It's high time this organisation was privatized. I'd  suggest Rupert Murdoch as a suitable buyer.

Easier to recreate a mammoth lookalike than reverse several thousand years of forest cover and soil changes. News to me that you can have "deep rooting grasses" that will dry out soils more than a forest canopy. ???
The BBC have 95 radio channels and 65 tv channels , or is it 95 tv channels a 65 radio channels ??

I have just read that the Saviour Greta has told the BBC that she does not currently plan to attend the UN COP26 being arranged by the UK for November in Glasgow. She has announced that it should be cancelled. That will not please the Glasgow hospitality businesses who were expecting grossly inflated room revenues from 30,000+ "zero carbon" attendees.

For once I agree with Girning Greta.
