Part of the Cape Wrath Trail. A regular parking and/or camping spot. Two of the usual starting points for Munros have also been blocked off.

Absolutely, but the estate will be relying on visitors not knowing any better and most likely most of them don't.

Look closely- no camping without permission. The 'keeper rocks up and says "Permission £20, cash". Highland Regional Council have recently announced that landowners can create campsites without going through a planning or licence process, need provide no facilities and charge for their use. Ostensibly to deal with "The Campervan Menace", this estate (and others) see it as easy pocket money, untraceable, tax free. The 'keeper has already started checking up on cars, vans and tents. All the good or usual places for access to Gairich, Spidean, Ladhar Beinn  and the like are now "campsites" and/or blocked off.

Once the generation that is only interested in their rights, but not their responsibilities, "discovered" rural areas the farce that is the right to roam(or whatever) was always going have to be changed.
The current mayhem is the catalyst for change, and proper hill walkers and proper campers are going to see their rights curtailed through no fault of their own.
Rural Scotland now relies on the local population , whether it be curtain twitchers, farmers, keepers, etc to do the job of managing and policing rural areas because public sector cuts mean there is no one else to do the job.

And that's the answer. You have no right to park. Prevent parking and the rest will take care of itself.

Blocking off parking has already been used to exclude anglers on rivers like the Braan most of which is now totally inaccessible  without many, many miles of walking and most anglers are just too lazy and want things laid on.  This also fits well with the wider anti-angling agenda being pushed by the SNP - Greens. Watch this space.
